At LUBBI, we believe skincare should be simple — and so should ordering it. This page explains how we process, ship and deliver your order.

📦 Order Processing

Once you place your order, we’ll start preparing it for shipment.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

🚚 Shipping Costs

For orders within the Netherlands:

  • €4.95 shipping fee per order
  • Free shipping on orders over €60

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

⏱️ Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside of our control.

🌍 International Shipping

LUBBI ships to the countries that are available at checkout.

Shipping options and costs depend on the delivery destination and will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into the available options.

📦 Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

Send us your order number and, if available, your tracking information. We’ll help you check the status of your shipment.

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside LUBBI’s control.

💗 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and/or products so we can assess the situation and help you with the next steps.
